In total Leopard Tours employs over 600 highly trained staff including the driver‐guides, operations, field and customer service staff. The company has a policy to employ only those with the potential to be the best, and approximately 90% of the staff have at least 10 years experience in the tourism industry. The driver‐guides and couriers are hand picked and are continually undergoing in‐house training to ensure your clients are getting the best Tanzania has to offer.
