In March of this year, following the death of the president, Tanzania’s VP became the country’s first female president. Upon her appointment, President Hassan vowed to tackle the Coronavirus pandemic and she has stayed true to her word. Tanzania has welcomed many international visitors throughout the past year-plus, and the situation on the ground is only getting better.
