At Hornbill, founders Andrew & Elizabeth Wegoye and Toby Ssekatawa believe that great trips can do good. Andrew (a native Ugandan and former guide) and Elizabeth (an American with a passion for travel and giving back) are based in the USA, and their lifelong friend Toby (a Ugandan with over a decade’s experience in the tourism industry) is based in Kampala. This company structure allows Hornbill management to combine local know-how with a firsthand understanding of the African travel experience. It also means speedy communication and seamless payment!
